people I love, people I hate

bonjour! how goes your messmaking? don’t care for an answer! anyways… thought it would be nice if I were to share with you a couple of famous people that I admire and some that I resent…. so 5-6-7-8

the person I find very , very pleasent and funny is no one BUT:

Quite claer? isn’t it? uh… if you haven’t figured yet… you probably never will… so reach out for the nearest power plug and let electricity flow through your body… might your brain start working…. uh… not very practical…. so let me just say it… it the famous Simon Cowelll…. he is an icon of dealing with stupid people… and god… he does it so well,

on the other hand there is this annoying little booger….

Why do I hate him? because he talks toooooo much… he pokes his fu#$ing noise in every thing that comes along and most annoying of all … tries to be nice to people while he actually doesn’t mean it… if I get my hands on him… I will crack his scull!

you be the judge!

         VS  iran coat of arms

Hey, In the previous post I mentioned a couple of points referring to this one being the worst day of the year … so to get a clear picture, do read on… A few years ago, Iranian clerks’ issued a statement, a so called “Fatwa” and it got a government follow up. It was about the brands that are forbidden to buy or use it included a very large list of brands it included : “Intel, Marks and Spencer, McDonalds, Timberland, Revlon, Garnier, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and L’Oreal (all of which I am proud to have spent my money on)And officially banned them, claiming that it’s against religion to purchase anything from these because they do business with Israel!!!! I’m not going to talk about this today… what I am going to write is the story of me going to the embassy… all because of my mom… she had been told that if I were to get a letter from the embassy stating that I’m a registered student, I would get a discount on my air ticket … so I thought it’s worth a couple of hundred dollars. Even though I despise the whole f#$king idea, I convinced myself to go there and get it done with! So here is a semi story:

I deliberately wore Tommy head to toe and went there, had some difficulty finding the place with a Malay taxi driver! but managed… registered at the door and went inside the building… there was a wooden do … I pulled down the handle … it wouldn’t open , got very annoyed and kicked the door ( as I usually do) and cursed… as the door opened and walked in every single eye was on me… I can’t imagine why!!! Was it because of the dramatic entrance? Or perhaps because of the big flag on my shirt? Ha… the diplomat was wearing a cheap, dirty long sleeves shirt… I walked to the counter…

Diplomat: Can I help you? (In Persian)

The doc: uh, well … I was told … as a student I could get some letter from you………

Diplomat: your documents?

The doc: I wasn’t done yet! I need a letter for the air ticket thingy!!!

Diplomat: (giving a bad look)… are you registered with us?

The doc: registered … ha? No… It’s my first time here…

Diplomat: I need your secondary diploma and your college letter copy of passport and photos…

The doc: here you go…

Diplomat: a copy of your passport… you understand plain Persian … don’t you?

The doc: excuse me?!!!!

Diplomat: there is a photocopy machine there…

The doc: ha… well

- The doc: here,

Diplomat (looking dumbfounded) : what’s this???

The doc: that’s my GCSE cert…Diplomat more confused: eh? What? I have no idea what this is… we don’t accept unrecognized cert.!!!!!!!!

The doc: unrecognized cert.????? How dare you? Do you know how much money and effort that’s cost me?

Diplomat: god knows what this is! Why does it say Cambridge on it? Where did you get this?

The doc: I studied at an International school, in India… and it says Cambridge, obviously, because it’s issued by them…

Diplomat: what?? Wait let me call the supervisor…

The doc: hm…Diplomat (comes back): he has gone for prayer!!! You have to wait…

The doc: prayer?? Well, what do you need him for?

Diplomat: we don’t accept this certificate… we don’t even know what this is! You need to get an authorization from ministry of science!

The doc: LOOK! I’m not here to get your opinion on my academic records… I need a letter… that’s all,

Diplomat: For that, you need to register first!the doc: well you know about institutions in Malaysia you say?

The doc: well here is my AS level cert…

diplomat: what level?

the doc: UH!

diplomat: you still need to get your Indian cert certified !

the doc: BRITISH!!! IT’S BRITISH!!!!

diplomat: whatever! …

the doc: what do you need that for? here is my latest record showing that i’m a student…

diplomat: you see… you can’t claim you have bachelor’s when you don’t have a valid pre university!!!

the doc: DEAR LORD! What the…

I gave up… it was utterly pointless… it’s like trying to explain to a goat what Marks and Spencer chocolate is, or trying to teach a chimp how to use an Apple’s MAC Book!!!

the doc: well so how do I get this certified.

Diplomat: send it to the Ministry of Science, in Tehran… my god… If I were to spend this much time on every person … I ought to sit here the whole day.

The doc: Well, isn’t that why you get paid?

Diplomat: (giving a bad look) you truly are the most annoying person I have ever met!

The doc: and you truly are the most incompetent, irresponsible and ignorant person that’s ever been my misfortune to encounter!

Diplomat: anything else?

The doc: tell me… If I go through all this stuff you said… how much discount will I be getting on the Business class?

Diplomat: what class??? No, no… It only for the economy class!!!!

The doc: (Wishing, there wasn’t that glass between us, so I could spit on his face) UH!! GIVE ME THOSE PLEASE!

I put all the stuff in my bag

.Diplomat: in order to use the “privileges” you need to leave your documents!!

The doc: YOU KNOW WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH YOUR STINKING PRIVILEGES???… YOU CAN PUT IT WHERE YOU CHOOSE!!! OR PERHAPS, STITCH ANOTHER SHIRT OUT OF IT!

Diplomat (in a threatening way): better watch your mouth!

The doc: GOOD DAY!

And I walked off!! Then he goes like:

- Hey, hey come back! The doc: WHAT?

Diplomat: you need to pay for the photocopies… that’s RM 2!

I threw an RM 10 note on the counter and left slamming the ugly door!

And that officially makes Iranians more, much more stupid than the Malays!

Premium Brands// Logistics

The doc is in the proccess of applying to uni’s and the most difficult task is having your application package delivered safely to the respective university… After such a horrible day at the embassy( the story is coming up next) I went to the post office to send of my forms and stuff, oh dear lord!!! To my horror they were all Malay! not that I have anything against them but they are the lasiest of all races ( with an exception, which is in the next post)… The post office smelled like something had died a week ago and no one bothered to clean up… seeing the circumstances I immediately walked off… interestingly the DHL office was a couple of yards away. I walked in, the place was fashionably decorated with a Christmas tree and small stars. I was greeted and received a warm welcome then a Chinese lady came to my assistance and I ran a last check on my documents, unfortunately I forgot to include a copy of my passport but that ignores the point… they had all the stationary I requested and at last the package was on it’s way (without the passport copy and that was due to my stupidity). They provided me with an airway bill and here is the results when I entered it on the DHL website, have a look for god sake:

every aspect… needs a pro!

Holla, Blog Friends… sitting at Starbucks and it occurred to me that it would be a nice subject to talk about… what subject? ha… allow me to elaborate. It’s a rather “VAST” matter and requires much time, but then it’s worth talking about… and like i always say ” what’s worth talking about is well worth trying” (you can quot me on that). so lets begin then.

The docs life as you well know is full of things that can drive one crazy and make you dip yourself in gravy and dance naked on the national highway… the only thing  preventing me from such a thing, is that I try very hard, very very hard to be positive about challenges… what the hell do i mean? ha… well… life is somewhat like a sine curve:

it might begin from the horizontal axis which would mean that you begin your life as ordinary as it comes, your life may as well begin from the very top or the very bottom of the curve like dear Wiilam Blake wrote:

“Every night and every morn
Some to misery are born.
Every morn and every night
Some are born to sweet delight.
Some are born to sweet delight,
Some are born to endless night”

In my opinion, regardless of the vertical coordinate at which you are born, there is a cycle and it goes on and on, in simple words: there are ups and downs. Point being… when you go down, you must drag yourself, now there is a secret way to deal with challenges that come along… it works like this, you define a reward at every so called pit stop, that’s to say if you need to achieve something you need a motivation and what better than indulgence . Indulging yourself means giving yourself a glimpse of luxury… what does luxury mean? ha.. according to the dictionary :” something that is an indulgence rather than a necessity “. But in my opinion indulgence IS a necessity! so that brings us to premiums brands… things that are worth living for… today onwards I’m going to share with you all the favourite of my brands and as i like to call them the pro’s! Why pro’s??? that’s because they are usually good at making or doing a certain thing and only they can make it as good as it could be! for example, Starbucks… who else could make such a fan-bloody-tastic coffee? Tat being said I am going to put down a favourite pro of mine every time I post a misery. It’s going to range from brand of socks to jewelery… so heads up!

thirsty? reach out then!

hey all, today has been one of the most annoying days of the year, make no mistake… that’s not what this is all about … what’s it about then? well, since people are tiered with me complaining about every single creation of the lord, and think that, I am such a whiner and hate everything. I thought it would be nice if I wrote about things that I LOVE and are the reason for my being!

If you ever need to step out of your house when you love in a “hell hole” you must make sure, when you get home you rehydrate yourself, how?? water??? NO, NO NO… not water, but ”evian” … oh yes .. prepium liquid gold from the Alps (not to mention sold at the price of gold). here are some facts copied from some random site:

Country of Origin: France
  Region: Haute Savoie (Lake Geniva)
  Place Name: Evian-les-Bains
  Established: 1826
  Evian
Every drop of Evian Natural Spring Water begins as rain and snow falling high in the pristine French Alps. This water then spends at least 15 years slowly filtering through a vast, protective aquifer deep within the mountain. The aquifer consists of glacial sand and that is what gives Evian its unique taste and mineral composition

BOTTLED WATER ANALYSIS:
Temperature at Source (F): 54

milligrams per liter (mg/l)
TDS
7.18 ph factor
78 Calcium
2.2 Chlorides
357 Bicarbonate
23 Magnesium
3.8 Nitrate
0.75 Potassium
5.5 Sodium
10 Sulphates

It’s really worth every penny and did you know that it’s botteled at source and not transferd in dirty f#$king tankers? I just can’t imagine life without it!

It’s Christmas…. AGAIN!!!

SANTAAA

Oh dear lord… do grant us enough patience to cope with another Christmas and not commit sue-side!!! amen

Here is the question of the month: Why does this very annoying event come around so frequently? and why can’t we have it once a decade or some thing?

why do I hate it so much? hm… do u really have to ask? uh well… I presume you do since you are jobless enough to read this… and to answer your question, why shouldn’t i? every year it’s the same old crap… jingle fu*kin balls and other annoying stuff, worse thing is it’s like every where and i mean everywhere in when you are eating in the restaurants, at the barber when you are having a haircut even when shopping for underpants at the mall not to mention you have to hear ” be good for goodness sake” at the pharmacist when you are getting a pack of Durex extra safe!!! I mean … what the hell? why do this every year when you don’t even enjoy it any more? I bet it was a brilliant idea some 2000 years ago but so was urinating on wounds and burning people alive!
